Fjorela Arapi

A graduate in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Fjorela is a psychologist in training to become a systemic-relational psychotherapist.

She has worked in the HR departments of businesses and healthcare organizations. For some years she worked with the Italian Red Cross in the areas of migration management and multiculturalism, where she developed projects for the promotion of psychological health and socio-cultural integration.

In Wise Growth, she deals with office management and contributes to the editing of the online magazine Diversity-Management.it. She is a member of the team of instructors delivering training courses on corporate diversity & inclusion, with a focus on generational diversity in the workplace. She works with voluntary associations operating in the field of social health. She is passionate about music and travel.
