Ilaria Cantoro

Italian-German, born in 1984, Education Expert (M.A.) graduated from the University of Milan Bicocca, she has made her international working experience one of her strengths.

Immediately after graduation she moves to Germany and then to Sydney (Australia).

In those years she works as a pedagogist and Italian teacher for international schools, public institutions and private companies.

Since 2015 she has been back in Germany, where she co-founded the start-up “Insieme”, whose mission is to support multicultural and multilingual families in the German context by providing training courses and consultant services.

Due to her personal and professional history, she has always been passionate about  Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Therefore in 2022 she decides to take a further certification in inclusion and integration pedagogy at the ILS-Fernstudium in Hamburg.

Since 2022 she works in the area disabilities and inclusion, where she is responsible for the development and coordination of training courses for parents and professionals, and consultancy.

She collaborates with Wise Growth in the Disability and Caregiving area, dealing in particular with the design and management of the Disability Lab inter-enterprise network and corporate consulting and training paths.
