Renata Duretti

Renata has twenty years of solid managerial experience, especially in the retail and industrial segments.

She began her career in the management control department of Martini & Rossi before embarking on a career path leading to corporate executive work, becoming, first, a store manager at IKEA Italy and subsequently head of its Italy Logistics and Customer Relation departments. For the last 5 years, she has been director of IKEA’s HR Italy department.

At the same time, she has contributed to the development of international diversity & inclusion projects, an area in which she has both deep interest and considerable expertise.

She graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università di Torino (University of Turin). Since 2012 she has been working as a coach at coachutbildning.se (ICF Fundamentals), and for 5 years has sat on the executive board of Valore D, an association committed to the promotion of female leadership.

In 2019, she obtained certification from Scrum Master Alliance, whose methodologies are deployed by organizations interested in becoming agile business operators. She speaks fluent English.
