Laura Girelli

After taking a bachelor’s degree in Literature with a specialization in Linguistics and Semiotics, Laura attended the School of Specialization in Analytical Psychology, followed by the School of Post-Specialization in Couple’s Psychoanalysis. A psychotherapist with Jungian and relational training, she is a member of the Società Italiana Psicoanalisi della Relazione (SIPRe, the ‘Italian Society of Relationship Psychoanalysis’). A long-time consultant on strategy, marketing, and organization issues, she founded and directed Ricerche Valdani Vicari from 1999 to 2009. She is a qualified Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) accredited by Trompenaars Hampden – Turner (THT).

At Wise Growth she coordinates the Human Sustainability and Mental Health area, developing path related to the balance between private life, work and psychological health, the development and maintenance of a psychological safety environment and the promotion of a healthy and respectful organisational culture. She is the author of numerous articles and books, including “Genitori al lavoro, L’arte di integrare, figli, lavoro, vita” (“Working parents: The art of combining children, work and life”) Guerini Next, 2016.
