Graduated in Greek Language and Literature, University of Milan.
Executive Coach e Trainer specialized in People Management and items related to organizational development, enhancement of talent and differences. She acts as a Facilitator and Team Coach in international meetings with particular attention to the relational dynamics within the teams.

She partners with international training institutions. Engaged in the field of Management Training and Organizational Development for 25 years, Jessica has managed numerous trainings projects as a training specialist in “Leadership skills development” and “Diversity&Inclusion”. She lived in Dubai (EAU) and Seoul (South Korea), where she developed and delivered training interventions on topics related to “Cultural Diversity”.
