Driven by a passion for “the human and the psyche”, she graduated first in criminology (bachelor’s degree) and then continued with a specialization in “Training and Development of Human Resources” at the University of Milan-Bicocca. Immediately after graduating, she worked at Roveda Spa (shoe factory of the Chanel group) as a Change Specialist.
She holds a PhD in Business Organization from the University of Milano-Bicocca after a visiting at the University of Reims in France. Always passionate about DEI and change management, she found her way into the world of consulting. Having the opportunity to gain experience in these areas at international companies.
Her areas of intervention concern longevity management, female leadership and international human resources. She is the author of scientific publications in the field of both business organization with issues related to internal/employer branding and organizational climate and marketing with a focus on omnichannel strategy.
She loves reading (crime and thriller), traveling but above all, cuddling her dogs!
