Giangiacomo Reali

Born in Genoa in 1972, Giangiacomo is a systemic psychologist and psychotherapist.

Since 2017 he has coordinated the psychosocial teams of two accredited private consultants in Milan.

He combines his clinical work with the supervisory and coaching activities that he carries out on behalf both of profit and of non-profit organizations. From 2009 to 2016 he was adjunct professor of “General Psychology 2” at Università e-Campus.

For Wise Growth, he deals with Plurality Management and unconscious bias.

He is mainly interested in how to activate resources that are hidden within systems, how to turn imperfection into a driver of change, and how to encourage a collaborative mindset in the workplace.
