Emanuele Serrelli

Emanuele holds a PhD in Education and Communication Sciences and has extensive international experience. He has authored many publications and collaborates with various universities as an instructor, researcher and coach. He lectures in General Pedagogy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, coordinates the internship activities of the degree course in Education and Training Sciences, and is an e-tutor for the master’s course in Media Education. A professional counsellor and member of AssoCounseling, he has many years of experience in social work and the third sector, as well as consolidated experience in staff and team management.

At Wise Growth he coordinates the Disability and Caregiving area and develops projects in the field of disability management, training experiences and research focused on the movement of stereotypes, prejudices and ‘tunnel visions’ for the facilitation of work in plural contexts. He is the author of many publications (among the most recent “La cultura del rispetto: oltre l’inclusione” (‘The Culture of Respect. Beyond Inclusion’), with M.C. Bombelli, Guerini 2021; “L’altro educatore: verso le competenze di secondo livello” (The other educator: towards the second level’s skills’), with L. Cadei, D. Simeone and L.
