Massimo is currently an adjunct professor of Organizational Development and Change at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at Università di Milano, and adjunct professor of Organizational Behavior at the MIP Graduate Business School of Politecnico di Milano.
He graduated in Occupational Psychology and Organizations from Università di Padova and is an enrolled member of the Lombardy chapter of the Association of Psychologists. He acquired professional experience as head of the Department of Training, Selection and Development of Beirsdorf Italoa. He was European training and development manager for Sony Europe in Berlin, and global head of projects in the Talent Management department of the Microsoft Corporation in Redmond (Seattle, USA).
Since 2010 he has been a consultant for various companies, working for the most part in leadership training, human resource management, Talent Management, and Diversity Management. He is a qualified Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) accredited by Trompenaars Hampden – Turner (THT)
