Camilla Gaiaschi

Marie Curie research fellow at the University of Lausanne and adjunct professor of Equal Opportunities and Scientific Careers at the University of Milan.
Sociologist, her research interests lie with gender inequalities in the labor market, in scientific professions and research, gender in science and work-life balance policies.

She is the author of manifold national and international scientific publications and since 2018 she works for Wise Growth with a specific attention on the issues of women’s empowerment and gender biases.

She is one of the contributors of the book “La Cultura del Rispetto. Oltre l’inclusion”, edited by Bombelli M.C. and Serrelli E., GueriniNext 2021.
