Lucilla Bottecchia

Lucilla, with a degree in Psychology from Università di Padova, is a psychotherapist committed to the precepts of Carl Roger’s person-centred approach. She supports individuals and organizations in matters of diversity and inclusion, seeking convergence of individual fulfillment with organizational goals.

She is a qualified Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) accredited by Trompenaars Hampden – Turner (THT). She holds both Somatic Coaching (Leadership in Action) diplomas from Strozzi Institute. For over 15 years she has worked as a marketing research director at an Italian and international level. She is a former lecturer at the Marketing Department of Università Bocconi and SDA Bocconi Business School of Milan.

At Wise Growth she coordinates the gender area and develops projects aimed at promoting inclusive and sustainable leadership, fostering gender equity and enhancing synergies between women and men in the company.
