Ruth Ann Lake

After more than 25 years in Italy, she now lives in Nice, France.

She has significant experience as a consultant and facilitator in the field of Management Development.
Her areas of expertise include intercultural team building, intercultural negotiation, leadership and women in leadership roles, empowerment, influencing in companies, human resource management and conflict management. She also does F2F executive coaching and in virtual formats.

He has worked extensively for both multinationals and small and medium-sized companies. She has also taken part in trainings in English, Italian, Spanish and French for the Pan-European faculty and has long experience in teaching approaches customised to the objectives of her own and her participants.
